Hello I need help ^^;

 

For one I like to have a bikini on my character at all times but it is hard to do when bandits steal my shit all the time I am just wonder if there is a way to make my bikini quest-safe or undroppable through the CK? If so I would be greatfull if i could get some help on this.

 

I made bikini body that has the bikini attached to the body and I thought maybe i could change the biped slot on the bra to 56 without have to change the body 32 on the same femalbody.nif but it just makes it disappear I think it would work if I could set two partitions for the same object but that is beyond my knowledge of how to do..... anyway I hope i made clear on what I am trying to accomplish =\

You could just make copies the bikini_0 and bikini_1 nifs and rename them to your female players body nif names and replace your players bodies nifs with them. You should be able to wear somethings with it like this somethings might clip not sure though as I have usually only done it so that my player was wearing at all time to check out bounce in certain animations.

aareyn,i don't know what you mean with having a bikini all the time but if you want to wear it instead of an armor then why not make that bikini to be actually armor and protect you in your questing?

That should not be so hard,and you could change any armor to look like bikini but keep the stats.

 

I am not the right person to answer since i know little of how mod here,but i did change few armors with 3ds Max and nifskope so you can try that.

What I want is one of two things:

 

1.) Have my Femalebody_0.nif and Femalebody_1.nif which already has the bra attached to it but I want the bra to disappear on the 56 biped slot but when I set it to that slot it wont show up in game meaning it has to be on the 32 along with the body so basically 1 mesh can only have a single biped slot attached to each object for it to work as far as I know but I don't know the location of the femalebody in the CK to edit the slots.

 

2.) Have the bra and panty set as armors that can't be dropped for instance the stone of barenziah so that way I wont lose them to bandits IE Defeat/Death Alternative.

There are quest items that are not dropped,not sure if there is some armor too so maybe if there is looking at that you could see how make it essential and always stay in inventory?

I am just guessing here,and chatting till someone with real knowledge come and tell you how all that is really easy to do

Yes I managed to figure it out, well not really but thanks to DD I was able to use there same framework they apply to their belts

 

So now it uses the device hider as well to make them go invisible when certain items are applied

 

Thanks for trying yeah I am not that good at this stuff either honestly but I am pretty good at tweaking stuff and making them work through pure stubbornness and determination.

haha,glad you made it work and if you have some extra stubbornness send it my way,i am working on a castle and some quest and every time i get stuck with something must stop for the day so it goes really slow
