So say you were banned from a site, that site you all may know.. If you were to say make another account and upload a mod to that site would they be able to figure who you were just by your mod alone and ban you or would you be clean under the radar?

Or give you the ban hammer again and write your name on the banned list...

It depends of the reason of the ban. The best solution is to write a message to admins...

As long as you change your IP first, they will likely not notice, especially if you change the name of the mod you're uploading.

 

If they do, just change your IP again.
