wraithbuster78 Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 my character have a cottage like cheeks, which i've had tried different things to fix the problem like tweaking the cheeks size, cheekfront width size, face weight, age, jaw width, head shape. maybe there's one slider that affects it that im missing?? i've noticed even that when i loaded the same character preset (using the racemenu mod) with the pointy cheeks on a completely separated character save, it had the same result. in addition when i converted to other races like imperial or breton, i had noticed the same pointy edges on the cheeks as well. so im at a loss. here's some pictures to illustrate the problem: so what do you think could cause that problem?? i'd appreciate every bit of help.
gvman3670 Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Maybe try adding some face weight? Make the mouth a little narrower? Maybe the mouth is too far forward?
panthercom Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I'm getting the same thing on my character edited with Racemenu V2; I also couldn't get rid of it. It's visible when looking at the face from a 45 deg angle. I'm going to try to figure out the wireframe editor option that Racemenu has, and see if I can get rid of it that way.

fizzybutt Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 wait until he releases RM3. It's in alpha right now and he's extremely close to releasing it to public. The alpha version is available to test but you must be up to 2.9.6 before you install it. The shaper is going to be really awesome once he's done with it.
panthercom Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I've got Racemenu 2-9-6 and I have the problem too, so you might as well wait for the new version to become available. gvman3670 Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I've seen that on my characters before and making small adjustments to cheekbone width/height, cheek width, mouth width and so on will fix it.
Kelthos Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 This is the main reason I switched back to ECE as I also had multiple issues getting the face structure looking right from all angles. ECE really gives you full control of the head mesh if you're willing to switch. Good luck and happy creating!
Epic Gamer Frey Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Make sure the slider values in the "extras" thing in racemenu are set to 0.
