Game crashes on startup

I've tried everything I can think of, I've read the FAQs and the troubleshooting threads, but no dice. I've even tried a vanilla install with just sexlab and a couple plugins installed. I feel like plankton in the imitation krabs episode when he shouts "BUT I DID EVERYTHING YOU SAID I FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES!!!" but I must've missed something. Below is a picture of my load order. Help please? :<

When your game crashes on startup, it's because there's a missing dependency.

In your case, it looks like you need this or more preferably this.
