Yes,the Magic Nipple mod has a milk spray spell and allows the player character and female NPCs fire spells from their nipples.

Hope this doesn't count as necro-bump, I rather doubt it. Anyway.

 

What I'd personally like to see in the future is lactating mod, that adds multiple new animations.

• Breastfeeding
• Lesbian breastfeeding
• Vareious straight sex-positions that includes milking and breast masage
• Vareous lesbian sex-positions that includes miliking and breast masage

 

Effects and shaders

Something working like the already sperm visual effect in sexlab. After you breastfeed some milk is showing around your mouth, perhaps even dripping. Milk-shoot after breast masage, if milk could drip from the nipple after both breastfeeding and breast masage would certainly be a nice touch. After a vaginal intercourse and breastfeeding both milk and sperm effect could be showing. Who knows?
