Replacing a walk with a tweaked walk isn't an issue, but one of the examples you cited, he replaced the bump forward, bump backward, and the crafting enchanting bench idles. That creates an issue when ALL NPCs, and your character, use those same idles. To create a proper sex mod, they would need to be able to call on idles that are unique, and not replacing the existing idles in the game.
