How to get the sexlab mod into the nexus mod thingy

I'm not much of a modder when it comes to bethesda's games but I've only downloaded mods from the nexus and no other site and I'm just curious how to get the sexlab into it so I can activate it. (sorry for the spelling and punctuation)

To get NMM to add SL, just click the add the mod from file button and browse your downloads folder. when you find SL, double click it. Don't forget to enable it in NMM. Also, don't forget that SL doesn't do anything without other mods that depend on it.
