FPS Drop on save game

[SimpleLife]

Not sure whats wrong, but my FPS has dropped on my current save game. New games are sitting at 60fps. My current game is at 22-25.  I hit 15fps, but then used a save game cleaner which increased it to where its at now. This makes me feel im either running to many scripts or I have some inefficient mods.
