Terrain Appearance

I haven't played Oblivion in almost a year, and now when I went to play it, without adding any new mods, there is a weird thing on the terrain. If I move my camera below it, it isn't there. Any idea what is causing this or how to fix it? Should I list my mods? I don't have any terrain-altering mods though.

Yea, copy and paste your load order.  Either your oblivion.ini is messed up or one of your plugins does in fact change the terrain.

Are you using the TLB command? That kinda stuff happens a lot with that command.

 

...only other thing I could think of is your LOD height mismatching your terrain.
