So I was playing fallout new vegas normally and then for no reason it stoped loading main menu. please help

That isn't nearly enough information for us to even begin to diagnose your problem. At the very least we need to know your load order and what you did between it working and it not working, even if you think it was minor and even if you're sure it didn't affect FNV at all.

OK load order, I also think it's about me installing some more recent mods though I am not sure

Deactivate SCRDebug unless you're actively debugging SCR. If you've installed any new mods between it working and it not working, uninstall them one at a time and test FNV.
