Yes, it appears you are correct - the modder has simply subdivided the mesh and modeled the genitalia to be anatomically correct, as opposed to the original dream girl which looked more like an FGM victim. Furthermore, the model seems to actually be surprisingly well done.Considering it's relatively compatible with other textures (albeit some adjusting in gimp or photoshop is necessary, because all textures seem to have the anus in a rather bizarre place). Here's a comparison of the models, using a modified version of SG Female Textures Renewal (by me, the original had genital problems), and a version I adapted to the new model very easily by combining the SG texture and the one from the .zip. Front original: Front modified: Bottom-up original: Bottom-up modified: It appears that nothing else has changed. Amusingly, the inside of the vagina exists for some reason, and it looks anatomically incorrect. It's a waste of polygons in my opinion, though the issue is easily mended. Overall, it looks well done. However, I have no idea who made it or whether or not they bothered to get any sort of permission from anyone. It works with TBBP and it would be very easy to adapt this to Dream Girl content that already exists. There's no need to modify clothes and armor, simply swapping the old model for the new one in NIFskope would suffice. Here is the model with a random texture I pulled from my EBD folder to show how it looks with a texture that has not been edited at all:

I originally did not want to post the actual file here but some people could not access the Chinese file hosting site.
