Mookeylama Posted October 21, 2014 Author Posted October 21, 2014 Top left over the plugin tree, left is for "FormID", right is for "EditorName" Â sheesh, i know i gotta be dense here, and that i'm missing something simple, but yeah...i saw those spaces up top, and i've tried using them to search but it's not working. i put a number up there and i can't do anything else. there looks to be buttons on the far right top corner that should be "search" or something but they're greyed out. even if i place the number in "formid" space and press enter, i just get the "fail" sound. i apparently cannot use those bars to search anything. the very top address type bar i can't use either. i don't get it. my tes5edit works fine for merging and cleaning. it may not be the latest (haven't checked) but it's only a few months old. what am i doing wrong in searching?? Â Â
Groovtama Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 You need A. to have your whole load order in it or correct the first 2 numbers of the ID you want to search, there must be 8 numers in the field for best results, B. you have to press Enter/Return when you want to start the search.
Mookeylama Posted October 22, 2014 Author Posted October 22, 2014 thanks, got the search working. i can find npcs from vanilla and mods, but none w/ the (ba, b8, b9) codes that are in my log. i even went inside a tavern that always throws those errors and then console clicked on everyone in there. nobody had the base or ref ID that was showing in the log for that same time period. could the error be with clothes? i use no sex mods and since these errors i'm getting seem to do w/ "Genitals", are there settings i can remove from the bbp.xml with JFF? i've used JFF before to remove belly settings before. are there genital settings i can remove?
Groovtama Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 you loaded your whole load order in it? you can also try over prid in the console and the id to find out the base id with mfg console which is included in sexlab
