Eyes stuck glitch

Hello, i'm looking for help with a glitch i'm facing.

Almost every time i load a save my eyes are stuck in a weird position and i don't know what might be the reason for that. This started to occur from day to day, but the only mods i added were some armor mods which i already tried to disable.

I have recently a similar problem. I use already always the mod "See You Sleep by Deziat", it worked perfect.

but recently, Every time my character leaves the bed, his eyes remain closed. I have not installed a mod, so my guess that.

due to an update of steam caused error

I sometimes get that as well, but I don't have neither of the mods you've mentioned. If you could post your mod list (or load order) we can compare and see what we have in common.

 

BTW, PC eyes stopped blinking with the latest official patch which was released around March 2013. Permanently closed eyes was also a side effect of whatever they broke in the game. Anyway, to fix that you have to use either "MFG Console" or SexLab Framework (which includes MFG Console).

EDIT: the mod i mentioned most probably is not the cause, the glitch persists even after disabling, but seems to be less common. Don't know what to make of that

 - With the console open, click on your character

 

 - Type "say 142b5" & hit enter

 

 

That should do it.

Many thanks for your counsel, but this in the description of this forum, trift not for me. I only use the sleeping mod, not a "frostfall" and the same. I played a very long time with patches 1.8 and have upgraded recently to 1.9. from this update of the error occured with me.

I have severe eye problems with RS Children and "Children + Soul Gems" for RS Children, in combination with ECE, that's the reason why I suspected RS Children immediately.

If you read the whole thread i linked, you will see some posts on the end that say they have the closed eyes glitch too, altough they do not use Frostfall either.

I will, ill just put some more time into testing if it truly remedied the issue, ill be sure to mark it afterwards.

Then we have different cuplrits of the same crime, because i never encountered the problem with RS children on my previous 80hour save

As I've already mentioned, permanently closed eyes is a bug that came with the latest official patch, however the eye glitch in the OP is different. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with ECE or a mod that somehow conflicts with it.

Also i've read somewhere changing your AA setting might help.

 

Somebody else fixed it by deleting his Skyrim.ini, SkyrimPrefs.ini and RendererInfo.txt (back this up, all your settings are in there)

 

And finally this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20054/? seems newer than Deziat's, it might not have the issue, did you try it?

many thanks for your help, I have found a solution, though is a bit annoying, but it works. after sleeping I just have to reload, then are"the eyes open again.
