how to get out of bondage gear i was healing up out of combat with a spell then someone randomly put hand cuffs on me now im stuck unable to get out of them

Open the console ~ key and type in help key to see if there are any keys for it mod added items are usually the first ones in the list when searching for things. If there is just type in player.additem item# and 1 or however many you want. If not you can type in help cuffs to get the item # and then manually remove it from your inventory by click the ~ key then clicking your player so that they become highlighted and then type in player.removeitem item # and it will remove the item from your inventory.
