So what about Japanese Mods?

Im wondering if there is some independent Japanese/Chinese/*insert adjective here* author that is working on a great mod right now, but only ever publishes on his private blog, like so many Japanese cloth modders that I've seen.

... not so much my personal taste, but the quality looks ok (as far as I can tell from the pictures). That's an example of the japanese pages I'm talking about - there might be hundreds of sites like that out there, and I have no idea that they even exist -.-
