I have a plugin installed but I dunno know how to use it the plugin is Zynisch Animations please help

If you have already installed the 'Sexlab Framework' and its requirements, you only need to install a mod which utilizes those animations.

You don't.

 

Zynisch's animation plugin is incredibly outdated and only compatible with 1.39 and older versions of sexlab. Using it on current versions of sexlab will break it.

 

And it's incredibly pointless to use anyway, as current versions of SexLab already include all of Zynisch's animations by default.

Okay then how do i use the sex lab like how do i do it with the npc's it doesn't say in the forums

Sexlab will do nothing on its own, it only contains animations, scripts, functions, things other mods will use. Look closer at the sticky subjects in the "download - sexlab framework" section of this forum, you will find an index of mods that use sexlab.
