Super weird Ebony Arrows

Hi there!

First of all, I am fairly new to this forum in the ways of posting things. So I am very sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section.

My Ebony arrows... Look wrong. They look okay when they are in the quiver, fine when I am putting one in my bow. But when I shoot one... The projectile has turned into something that closest resembles the holy grail at best!

Here, have a looksie:

This is super weird.... Is there something I can do to reset the ebony arrows, or do I have to reinstall completely which I dont want too?

Thanks! :)

Go to "data\meshes\weapons\ebony" and remove "ebonyarrowprojectile.nif" from the folder.

but if he used a mod that affects the Ebony arrows, then he can not simply "ebonyarrowprojectile.nif remove!

because they are stored in the ESP file, it would error to occur!

Well it is much easier to check if it is a simple model swap, then if an esp is redirecting the meshes path.

I have just emphasized, because me is happened exactly the same. I only have the nif file away and lo and behold, there was no arrow at once more. :)

Hi again, so update:

I tried your advice, but it is still shooting the annoying holy grail thingy.

So I am still at a standstill, has anyone of you ever heard of anything this weird? I mean, who would even construct a mod that replaces the Ebony arrows with holy grails haha

Then an esp must be redirecting the "ebonyarrowprojectile.nif" location.

You should post your load order, and hopefully some one will spot something.

but you will likely have to go through your mods disabling them until you find the culprit.

Or you could make an esp that sets the path back to default and put it last in your load order to overwrite the mod that is doing this. huh.png
