Accessories by Xarathos

 

Version .02

 

These are accessories made from scratch for Skyrim. Currently they consist entirely of a single pair of shades, but hopefully in time the list of items included will grow.

 

They are not currently craftable - this will likely change with a future update - but you can of course find them via the console. Current list of items:

• Basic Shades
  

They can be worn by both genders and a ground mesh is included, so they can be dropped in the world and should work fairly well.

 

Now also includes:

• Emerald Plumbob Earrings
  

These are HDT physics enabled, wearable by female characters only (for now) and craftable.

These accessories were created by me, from scratch, using 3DS Max 2014 and a few other tools. The textures are bethesda vanilla assets (just color patterns) (minus the normal map which was baked in xNormal). The UV Map is a nightmare because apparently that's the one thing I don't really get how to do effectively - yet.

 

They may not be perfect, but they are mine. You are free to use them, recolor them, whatever, so long as you give me credit and link to the source.

 

Or to put it in a more formal way: these accessories are provided under an Attribution NonCommercial ShareAlike creative commons license or whatever the equivilent is for Skyrim. Good grief that's a mouthful.

 

Please do not reupload unless you have made your own changes, and make sure to note whatever changes you made somewhere a human can read it. It's just friendlier that way.

Real nice! looking forward to your updates - new accessories gives me new ideas for new characters to play so i don't get bored of skyrim

So the next release, which I'm not sure when it will be yet but it will be happening, will include these:

 

 

I decided to try my hand at a pair of earrings after being inspired by some show my parents watch.

 

I'll probably do a few variations before I put them out - different gem combos, metals, whatever - release will come when I'm 100% certain of the quality/etc. I want to make sure these can be crafted also.

 

But anyway, enjoy the tease for the moment...

Finally added the earrings. I made them HDT physics enabled. They can be crafted, or spawned by searching "Emerald Plumbob Earrings."
