Not sure why it's doing this, Installed stuff the way I was told.

Looks like the collision radius of hands and breasts is set too high. You will need the Havok modifier to adjust the radius manually. You'll find it here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25491-hdthavokmodifier-just-for-fun-jff-v4/
