Help with custom race, CTD issue.

I have a problem with me trying to get the mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8720/? to work with my own nifs but when i removed all of my characters clothes to see if it worked the game ctd's. I checked my load order and it isnt the issue, i also have racecompatability.esm, i use custom textures as well plus animations. So does anyone know what my problem is?

Make sure whatever you installed afterwards did not overwrite the necessary skeleton your meshes require--if so, reinstall your skeleton.

it's not that it over wrote the skeleton, rather when I put the skeleton in after I installed the custom race it ctd. I just replaced the customs races nif with my preferred one
