random attacks

hi everyone,

resently a started to have a very strange bug: i got random attacks, by everykind of npn with no reason and aslo random bounty (40 gold) when i get raped in cities,

the thing is i chechked sexcrime and the mod is supposed to be off, here is the moad order, note i use mod organizer and SKSE is not listed but it's here and correctly installed i' am sure of that:

Sexlab Submit has the option that guards react to puplic sex, and if i remember right you will get a bounty for doing so. Have you checked your submit options?

create a new profile, copied from that one, and experiment with the order and removals. Once you figure it out, then fix the main profile.
