Guest Donkey Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I was told by blades To kill the dragon. All i get is a greeting when talking to it. But when i attack it it doesn't die it does not even turn hostile. This is with final patch installed also the paarthurnax doesn't seem to have voice anymore. Seems to be broken now.
galgat Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I Have avoided finishing the main Quest so far, as i like having the dragons around, for lots of reasons, But I hope it is not bugged in that way.

You should be prompted in the dialog with something like "the blades told me to kill you" or something along those lines. Seeing I'm at that part on 2 of my other characters I can talk to parthanaxx about it but I have not take action yet. I do believe that if you attack him he does become hostile and even says something like show me your skills dovahkiin. I dont want to finish that quest with any of my new saves as there is someone working on a mod that will advance the blades questline even if you don't kill him. He is adding some dialog so you can basically tell the blades that since your the Dovahkiin they are to obey your wishes not the other way around. Mostly I like the thought of putting the blades back in their place... right under my heel!
