tusularah Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 This is Key Key wants to kick ass, and look awesome doing it. She's pretty awesome already, thanks to the folks at LL, but she can do better. This requires that she be armed to the tits with arcane boom-juice. She also needs suitable armor, so she can jiggle appropriately while dancing on a smoking corpse-pile of her broken and vanquished enemies. Key can't do this if her armor makes her boobs look like they've been run over. Why? Because then all the dragons will laugh at her and start singing about the "Itty Bitty Tittyborn". Worse, whenever she tries to get some luvin' from Lydia, that judgy bitch'll point and laugh at the soul-powered nipple-rings of doom. Because the damn things look like they were put in by a drunk riekling playing "pin the piercings on the donkey". Help kill dragons. Help Lydia get laid. Help my character look so rad that Alduin will explode from the sheer awesomeness quotient. Help me achieve this dream by fixing this bug/installation screw-up. Here are some pics: Without armor. Note the position of the nipple-ring (from here). And with armor (from here). The previously noted nipple-ring remains in the exact same position. The following body-related stuff was installed in descending order: .5) RRAF 1) CBBE 2) Texture 3) HDT 4) Skeleton 5) Various armors 5a) Used CalienteBodyAdvanced TBBP body as my base mesh, and altered it a little in BodySlide to make a final mesh. 5b) Used BodySlide to generate armors, jewelry, etc.
lordescobar666 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Most probably a skeleton problem. XPMSE 2.0+ combined with meshes rigged to a pre-2.0 XPMSE skeleton (or the original XP32 skeleton) equals crushed breasts. Two possible solutions: Install a pre-2.0 skeleton and miss out all the good stuff of 2.0+ (some mods like HDT require 2.0+). Find a re-rigged mesh or do it yourself. I have already re-rigged some piercings here and some guidance on how to convert the rest (is applicable not only to piercings).
tusularah Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Hey! I wanted to thank you! The nipple-ring shown in the pic is actually from your "PiercingsFixed" file. Didn't work for my char, but it seemed to work for others. Anyway, I installed the file via NMM, ran BodySlide and re-ran the build batch with your version of the AH1, and the ring was still mid-breast. I've seen some tutorials on BodySlide, but I'm still missing out on how to load the CalienteBodyAdvanced TBBP as the base mesh so I can follow your second pointer. Am I trying to do something impossible, or am I missing a few steps? Edit: Also, when I load the rings into OutfitStudio, using the CBBE Advanced as the base shape, the positioning looks normal. Am I doing something wrong?

Simply installing it via NMM does not work for the fix (The directory tree needs to be adjusted for this do work which I never did, sorry my fault). You need to unzip the fix and manually copy the ShapeData and SliderSets folders to the body slide directory (which usually is "[Data]\CalienteTools\BodySlide". There already ShapeData and SliderSets folders exist, merge them and override files. If nothing is overriden, then something is wrong). I've seen some tutorials on BodySlide, but I'm still missing out on how to load the CalienteBodyAdvanced TBBP as the base mesh so I can follow your second pointer. Am I trying to do something impossible, or am I missing a few steps? Use the templates "CBBE Body TBBP" or "CBBE Body HDT" as reference in Outfit Studio. But be careful about what to choose, TBBP and HDT have different weight paints for breasts, so your choice should match the body/armors you are using ingame. Also, when I load the rings into OutfitStudio, using the CBBE Advanced as the base shape, the positioning looks normal. Am I doing something wrong? That's normal. Outfit Studio shows the mesh in its "zero" state (without the offsets caused by bone movements).
Sunja44 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I am a user of the HDT Piercing Fix too and I made some of the same experiences as the opening poster concerning the piercing mod and a few others. The most of my armor and outfit mesh bodyslide 2 mods still work after my upgrade from CT77 Body and XMPSE Legendary to Caliente CBBE v3.3 CBBE Body HDT, Bodyslide 2.1a and XPMSE 2.06, but a few mods have issues. I realized that all my older TBBP meshed and a few TBBP/HDT meshed mods still work. The issues concern especially pure HDT meshed mods (like HDT Piercing) that were dependant on the former HDT Body 1.4. You will watch clipping as in your pics above. The Fix worked for me even as I have XPMSE 2.06 and CBBE Body HDT as naked body mesh installed now, although the fix is only for the former CT77 body. Other mods I have seem to be special rigged to a former skeleton and needed HDT Body installed. After my upgrade I experienced two issues with a few mods: -the body mesh does not follow your slider corrections for the outfit mesh in bodyslide and this especially for butt and breast sliders -breasts appear to have a default -50% Breast Flatness value applied although this slider is set to 0% in Bodyslide 2. I agree to the above poster though, to have a much more advanced body mesh and skeleton installed is more important as a few outdated mods. There will be more updates and conversions in future.

Use these clothes http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49286/? and this armor http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25259/? if you want to have hdt. Then at bodyslide DON'T use Calientebodyadvanced or cbbe hdt. Use CT77 body and CT77 feet. and use latest XPMS extended skeleton.

Though, at this point, I'm not sure if it's TBBP or HDT that's making everything jiggle. What's the advantage of using the CT77 body? What other steps would I have to take? Also, not seeing the CT77 body as option in the Outfit/Body menu. Do you mean using CT77Advanced as a preset? Also, the remodeled armors are a little too decorative for my tastes. I think I'm finally getting that - since the DBA aren't weighted for HDT - wearing it will probably will look odd no matter what I do. Just hoping to get the nipple rings to work. That said, if you know of any armor replacers that has a more utilitarian aesthetic, while still bringing the sexy, that'd be awesome.

Your edits, by the way, work and look fantastic.
