ENBoost or Sheson's memory patch with new SKSE may help to get rid off nearly all crashed or freeze problem but for some area from Vanilla game like small pond near silent moon camp or Spike trap hole near Halt steam camp that have many spawn point around those area in Vanilla game if you use some mod like "SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals&Predators", "Bird of Skyrim" plus "skyBirds - Airborne Perching Birds" or "Sexlab arouse" plus others Mod that generate new NPC, for my high end CPU like myself still have chance to have crashed or freeze problem also due to sometime those Mod activated 2-3 script at the same time and that may produce crashed or freeze problem (like "Bottle neck situation") due to Skyrim may activate script one by one like 1 sec 1 mod then 2 sec 2nd mod, but if 2 mod activate at 1st second together then crash or freeze will occur (this is just my thought but not sure this is true or false due to I don't know how many mod that Skyrim can activated at the same time) so memory patch or ENboost may get rid of some problem but not all.

 

These are my load order that I use total 142 Mos with real vision ENB and I can play 4-5 hr without any single crashed and sometime if I have crash at some area like I told you, I correct it with kill all monster that generate by those mod that add script to monster and that can help I solve those problem btw, wish these information may help you a bit when you want to combine Realistic Skyrim with Sexlab mod ^^
