Idea for a player training a slave mod

I've found a nice synergy with the Vampiric Thirst mod :)

Unlike the binary fed/unfed blood drinking system of the vanilla, VT handles blood as a resource that constantly deteriorates, kinda like RND handles hunger, thirst and fatigue. To facilitate this, whenever a player vampire feeds, they get a choice on how much blood they want to take from the victim, which affects the victim's health track appropriately. One of those options, called "drain", instantly hits the NPC for most of their health but will never kill an NPC with a full health track.

Hence, all my vampire has to do to create a slave is drain someone, then the "Enslave" option pops up without a hitch. Since I mostly use a mind-clouding power before feeding, the whole process is extremely smooth and in character.

Good for me, not so good for the bandits blood bags ;)

Nice to know carnifex, and good news blabla11, I've been very patient waiting for your newest  version.  :D

don't expect too much ;) the only proper new feature is the punishment... posing needs more packages to be considered "good" :-/

MS0.2 should be way better :D

You mean make a vampire Thrall? That would be awesome actually, since other peon vamps can do it but the almighty vampire lord can't? Has always ticked me off.

Well, with PAH + VT, that problem is functionally solved - you can capture people and train them to fight for you, or just beat them into submission and treat as blood bags. Hell, you can also capture other vampires to create your own "clan". Gotta try this soon myself, but alas not today, as sleep time draws near.

If you'd like a somewhat more immersive option for creating thralls and cows (the combo above is an accidental synergy and thus the dialogues won't in any way reflect your vampire status or any other effect it might reasonably have had on your relationship with your thralls), you can try mthralling, which is what might be called a dedicated solution. Be warned, though, this mod kinda does it's own thing in the background and before you know it, all Skyrim will be overtaken by vampires... which sounds like fun, but might also mess with some quests. Also, unless you become a vampire relatively early into the game, you may end up as a cow before you even know what happened.

That's ok blabla11, just the fact that you're working on this at all is enough for me, slavemasters everywhere will rejoice!

Alright, it just sounded like you had some sort of expectations... and I'd rather crush those than dissapoint

Ok, this said, why did you not started from the slavery framework who is around ?

Otherwise, looking good, going modular being definitly the best way, moreover if having limitation due to tools.

Can't speak for blabla11, but personally I'm very glad he went with PAH over S3. With all due respect, S3 had some neat ideas (if you check earlier into the thread you'll see me actually advocating it's bondage and escape system as a solution worth implementing), but overall PAH is a more complete, more polished mod, and handling slave interactions through dialogue is vastly more immersive and fun than the cold, silent pop-up menu of S3.

very simple answer: I didn't know it existed when I started ;)

TBH, it was rather easy to miss: the original mod wasn't updated in a long, long time, and having it re-released as a framework didn't exactly make ripples in the community.

Even with those 2 around, i still feel like PAH is much better in implementation.

I did play around with those 2 but i always return back to PAH. And now it never leaves my load order.
