How to Convert MMD Dance to skyrim?

Hey !

ive been finding alot of MikuMikuDance Animations that hasn't been turned into dances for skyrim

i saw alot of them too !!  

i really suck at animations to start with

And so i have no idea what to do

 

in the packages i get a mp3 file for the song

and a .VMD file

 

How can i change that Vmd into a hkx?

 

guess i would use a previous dances esp to look at the script for ck

but for now i dont even know what to start with

 

Does anyone know a tutorial of it

well i did see his video but he goes way too fast and doesnt speak and his windows is not in english and i dont have half the programs he uses

his tutorial is just way tooo confusing

nah i gave up i dont understand a thing in his tutorial and i really dont have time to learn 3 new programs on my own once again
