7base flatter breasts bug?

Breasts on vanilla races look slightly smaller than custom races

 

pic is nord race, right is ningheim race, both have same armor and bodymod, but the nord breasts dont stand out as much, i have reinstalled all mods, tested with and without hdt, tested both xpms extended and regular xpms

any ideas?

Do you have HDT Breast Physics? I've noticed that same issue when I've switched hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml files. It has something to do with the Skeleton in use.

some .xml files work fine some tend to flatten the breasts sometimes slightly and sometimes quite a bit. Just have to find the right mix. if you don't have HDT then it would be the skeleton itself effecting the body mesh.

same thing happens, regardless if i have hdt or not. what skeleton would you recommend? i havent had this problem before, could it be some loose file?

 

in the screenies i use commands to setrace ningheim, so no files atall have been changed, between screenies.

Ningheim has its own skeleton.

 

Installation of XPMSE only affect vanilla races and custom races using vanilla skeleton assets.

 

Replace the ningheim skeleton with XPMSE 2.06 because Ningheim uses an old XPMS skeleton by default and it should fix it.

yeh that does indeed fix? it, tough i dont want it fixed, the ''fixed'' skeleton makes the breasts look deformed.

i havent had this problem before.

i have tried to use the ningheim skeleton for regular races but that doesnt work either

not sure how im supposed to explain this deformation, the breasts are shorter? i quess

 

 

Edit: adding a better comparison picture, nord to left, ningheim to right, ningheim looks far better.

your original body was incorrectly weighted to XPMS skeleton, only way to 'fix' it is to follow the above guide.
