Can't get this installed

Hello and greetings

 

Tried following the video instructions, but they didn't correspond - downloaded the SKSE file as instructed but no option to Extract Here or anywhere, instead I got options to either Archive or Compress. Located the SKSE folder but only 3 text documents inside.

However, there was a Skyrim SKSE shortcut on desktop, as well as in the Steamapps Skyrim folder along with 5 SKSE files or applications, so I figured it must have just skipped on and already done it all without my actions.

So moved on to the next part - download FNIS

Followed the link from loverslab index page but nexusmods webpage won't let me download it without paying for a subscription to the site.

 

Am I doing it all wrong? Get any part right?

Some advice for my aching brain pretty please.

Google how to extract from a zipped file, extract SKSE, manually copy to the correct folder it says on the install page of SKSE

 

Scroll right down to the bottom of the nexus mod page without picking any of the paying option and click create account, makes you a non-premium account that you dont have to pay for.
