Armor texture has gone

Basically whenever I load up a save between 10 sec- 2 mins my 'POTW (Princess of the Woods) low fur skirt goes invisible. It is in slot 56 and I believe it it due to the timers and stripping part of Sexlab. However even when I turn slot 56 to strip off the skirt still goes invisible regardless of what I am doing and i have no idea what to do. I may be completely wrong to why it is happening as well but I couldn't find anything related to vanishing armor on the pinned notes for Sexlab. I also have a problem where all the animations that I don't start (The ones classed as rape/aggressive don't stop) however I haven't come round to fully dealing with it yet but if anyone know the cause help would be appreciated for the time it save, thank.

If you don't have it already get this to verify slot location.

Also, slot on mesh might be different then the slot in the esm/esp which would cause invisibility.
