1.59 makes it crash after loading any game

Install 1.59, crashes on load.

 

Uninstall 1.59, still crashes on load every time.

 

What makes this happen? Is there a log file I can look at? Do I need to uninstall everything? Is there something in SaveTool.exe that I can use?

 

1.59 destroyed my ability to play Skyrim please help me.
