I can not understand..! what is the password for download the skeleton ?

I can not load your PinkCafe link, when I try ro enter directly in Pinkcafe original page link, I have Always this page.. I must be  damned IP filtering ?

 

Pinkcafe link give on the page address a php 404 ?  can be seen a generic page, but it is Piinkcafe page fault access, what is the cause of this issue ?

 

and now.. not work the download link page, internet explorer gives me a blank page.. http://skup.dip.jp/?mode=pass&idd=07782
