So the problem is - how i make sexout not to undess certain clothes? Is there some kind of list of exceptions for them?

In the default sexout you can't disable specific clothing. I remember seeing a mod that would allow you to do this in the download section a couple of days ago though. Can't seem to remember the name though.

DoctaSex is working on such a mod, I'm not sure if it's complete and available for download yet though.
