Animation problem with recommended load order

I recently installed LAPF following all instruction (as far as I know), but I have a problem with the sex animation of Adult Play.

Mastrubation animations work fine on my character and any companion characters I have, but npc just stand there, usually with a stretched penis, stretched breasts and buttocks missing.

Also when attempting sex with an npc, both the npc stand perfectly stock straight and still (with the female, being slightly smaller, standing practically inside the male. I know what "under my/your skin" means, but thats taking it a little to litteral).

I read its a simple matter of load order, but when I looked at the recommended load order I had already done it so.

Besides the .esp and the .esm files there is NoMaaM's Better Bouncing Boob and Bouncing Butts installed.

There are also some simple replacers for single and two handed combat weapons.

The stretched penis and stretched breasts: You have installed a Mod with Skeleton after LAPF, so your LAPF Skeleton was overwritten by the new Mod Skeleton. Install the LAPF Skeleton again. First install Growlf's Universal Skeleton:http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/37596/  then the LAPF Skeleton ( unpack LAPF and copy the 2 Skeletons  in meshes\charaters\_male the Skeleton.nif and skeletonbeast.nif and paste both in your game Folder )

Always check Mods before you install them !!! Many Animation Mods and BBB clothes and armor Mods have Skeletons inside, delete them before you install the Mods !!

Sorry hit the wrong button... im having the same problem only without any other mods installed, except the Unofficial Patches

 

I fixed the stretchy parts problem by installing wrye bash, but still having the other

UVIII may be your issue.  It tends to screw up lovers at times.  Make certain you are using the LAPF skeleton!!!

   I did think about UVIII.. But I reinstalled LAPF after it and fixed up the order like fejeena suggested, now it seems to be running smoothly.. i haven't ran into it again.

 

(i did double check the skelly tho)

I have a problem with animations (sex positions and standing) some females always cover themself like in shyness mod (You're kidding me, shy succubus ?!)

 

And thanks to that, sex animations are fu**ed up. I suspect Estrus but can anyone help me with that? Of course i remember about load order

You can start your game with such a Mod-disorder?

 

Yes can be Estrus: Open estrus Setting book/scroll

Menu [Onlookers, NPC Flee, BUA Mode On/Off]  think it was the Flee part. ( Ups ,not sure   )

 

And your Load order: Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp AND KT_CustomRaceFix.esp ???

I do believe it's the BUA mode on\off setting that controls the shy animation (makes NPCs perform animations if naked or if their armor is broken). The flee setting is only ever called after estrus itself is done with an NPC, and can be left active without screwing up Lovers animations.
