That's Vanilla bug. Sometimes I was attacked by foxes and all none hostile animals for no reason. few rimes I was attacked by Whiterun citizens for killing master vampire in the city. Most of the time, reloading the game helped.Second is cleaning my saves with save tool cleaner, And when that didn't help, I reloaded the previous save or in your case, used the console command to accomplish the quest.

I do not no for other mods then USKPs. It just came to my mind. If you are attacked after doing shout in Hrothgar, try to input "tcai" in console. that will stop all combat and enmity. After you finish the quest, type it again and NPC's AI will return to default state.

Hi, sorry i was logged on nut not present in the forum.

Did you load the latest save or some earlier save?

I just checked you log file again which is by the way very latge. There are many mods that aren't present any more in the game so the mods that depended on them are "damages" Since you cleaned your save and still experience CTDs and  since all conventional troubleshooting didn't work, you have 4 options:

1. Anything running in the background also can cause a crash. Especially a program that likes to call home, such as an antivirus program that updates without warning, or an instant messaging program trying to connect.
Start by disabling everything that accesses the internet when you play. that includes the Vonage, Skype, IM, xfire and anything that calls in or out.
You might even disable internet access altogether.
Many programs use an auto update feature - such as HP printers (how often does your printer driver need updating?)
MS auto update can cause crashes. Some of these will even try to connect when the internet is disabled, and keep trying every ten minutes or so. If you can, disable the autoupdate function, at least while playing.
Then look for programs that run in the background, they are stealing time from the game and if they don't give control back quick enough - crash. MS indexing service, antivirus progs that scan everything in the background, Auto defrag programs, Scheduling programs all steal cycles from the game. Any of these can cause crashes.

After you have cut down the crashes caused by external stuff, start looking at your mods. Some mods just don't play well with others.

2. Disable mods one by one until you find the one that is causing trouble

3. load some earlier save and clean it with save cleaner tool

4. Forget about that save and start the new game
