Skyrim MO Crashed - Install order messed up

Skyrim and Skyrim MO crashed on me, and now the order of all of the mods are a complete mess, and I can't figure out which goes where...
I don't see official load/install orders like there is with oblivion..

Any help appriciated!

LOOT and Wrye Bash might be a start at helping you get your mods sorted into some type of order.

If you're using the latest MO, it's got LOOT built in. Just click Sort right under the plugins tab.

That will only help with my ESP and ESM order... My install order is messed up :/

Mod Organizer doesn't actually have an install order.

 

Each mod is installed to it's own location, and assigned a priority number.

 

If the priority numbers are messed:

 

Check to see if you're on the correct profile

Check to see if the upside down yield sign at the upper-right is colored red

If it is, click it and if the message is about moving mods, click the "Fix" button

If it isn't you will have to look at the flags column of the left-hand panel, to see what is overwriting what, and change numbers in the Priority Column

Higher numbers mean more priority

There should be copies of the load and mod list orders in the profile folders.

Though I'm very sceptical about my load-order...
