DiscipleDarkfriend Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Hello you awesome people I am just short of ripping my hair out I have been away a few months, just got back and PC setup. Decided to do a fresh mod setup fun times so many awesome mods stable now blah bla. The issue I am having is when I use the d3d9.dll from the newest or last few newest ENBs (only using it for the enboost) I get to the title screen and CTD. No I am not missing a master the game runs fine when I remove the d3d9.dll, So I tried the injector, that does not even work. So I am thinking it must be something I am missing or maybe AV or something CCC must be fucking with I am running on an AMD Radeon HD 7800 For the moment I am playing without ENBoost if anyone has any insight to this please hit me up....I would really like the stability ENBoost brings Thank you for taking the time to read this
Mister X Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 ENBoost is NOT used from within MO, you just put ENB into normal Skyrim folder (the enb.exe and the .dll files from your download, more is not needed), together with skse.exe and then you open SKSE from within MO. ENB will start itself. There is another nice tool, called ENB Manager, this could help you out, if you want to use the whole ENB.

Mister X Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Did you check your enblocal.ini and skyrim.ini? There is a nice tutorial provided by the STEP crew myabe this helps together with this patch file. Within the last, just check that you're using the right graphic card settings.

I followed their tutorial to the letter. Strange thing is that it ran on an old version of ENBoost with the Nvidia settings from tesn enboost page and I have a damn radeon >.< but no luck yet I can try running older versions I guess.
judge0 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 If you're like me and have an "older" video card, you have to download from the enb site the 13.7.13 binaries otherwise will not work
Dubhorizon Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Try setting InitProxyFunctions=true in the enblocal. Had a similar problem to yours and I solved it that way.If it's set to true, try setting to false and see what happens.
