lights become too bright, whiter color objects shine too much

Hi, I recently changed my ENB from RealVision to Sharpshooter.

I dont think i did something wrong with the installation.

And for some reason, such as candles and fires at the inn, They are too bright. And my character uses very very pale skin texture, and my character's body shines like too much. unless i am inside of some building. or outside at night. 

I have tried to changed fGamma in Skyrim pref. and try to change brightness in enbseries. but didnt work. anyone know how to fix this?

Try lowering the BLOOM values

 

EDIT: Also, under ENVIRONMENTS section, specular settings might assist, too.

hey i tried changing bloom section to all 0, but nothing changed, but here is some SS.

have beter idea now what i am talking about?
