Crashing Between Brood Cavern and Dead Man's Respite

I seem to be having a crash at a specific location between Brook Cavern and Dead Man's Respite. It is always the same spot without fail. I beleive it may have something to do with missing content I may have uninstalled without deactivating correctly or duplicated content.

 

I have ran BOSS recently to clear up my load order but it hasn't fixed the issue.

 

I have went back to early saves and they work fine, but it must have happened very early on as it starts in saves around 300 and I am on 500.

 

I have noticed that on my map, in an unaffected save, the area shows fine but in an infected save, the map has a blank square around the infected area. I know if I run away it doesn't show unless it's just a map glitch.

 

Going through the Papyrus log, there is a lot of errors, one mainly dealing with Death Alternative. But I tried reinstalling that and the issue still happened. I am unsure really what to look for when debugging and a friendly set of eyes and advice for future debugging would be appreciated!

Closing as found the issue: Tame The Beasts II. Installed, saved, uninstalled, saved, no issues.
