AppleSprode Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 A problem with SexLab is causing my Papyrus log to bloat very quickly. GB's in size within 10-15 minutes of play. I've attached my Papyrus log with the repeating lines at the bottom, with the bulk edited out to lower its size. As far as I can tell, this isn't causing me any issues in game. SexLab works, performance seems normal and it doesn't seem to be causing unexpected crashes. But it's obviously worrying. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SexLab and all related mods to no avail, and making sure they're up to date. I tried the Save Game Cleaner and if I fix all instances, the Papyrus log goes back to normal so the problem appears fixed but my game crashes every time I attempt to save or quicksave (in or out of the console). Here are the SexLab mods I've used: Aroused, Deviant Devices (plus Males Addon, Expansion, Interaction), Captured Dreams, AliciaPainslut, SexLab Romance, Lovers Comfort and TDF Aggressive Prostitution. Any help would be appreciated. If you can't figure out a fix, does it at least look like a harmless error once I turn logging off, or could this potentially corrupt my save further down the line?

Hey don't feel bad. For some reason mine does the very same reason and I have yet to figure out why. I don't get the crashes on save games. I have the save game cleaner and use it when I actually need it only though. I will tell you, I don't do quicksaves. Also, I save very frequently, and if I'm not able to, I have to find out why. Once I know, I will pass it on. I have always set it up where It doesn't save on wait, it doesn't save on sleep, and it does save on travel. Although I also manually save after the autosave. I cut down the autosave to just one. Travel.
b3lisario Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 That's an infinite loop in one of SL scripts caused by what looks like a remainder script instance from a previous installation. Like if you upgraded SL while it was running or so. There is a "while loop" with no exit condition when the script is fucked up (v158b / sslThreadModel.psc / line 444), though I am not sure if you are using this exact v158b version. The baked scripts are from an older version. I'd say it's not safe leaving this in your savegame, even without logging disabled. Try again cleaning the savegame, specifically look for orphan instances of sslActorAlias and/or sslThreadModel.

Looks like it must have been a fuck up from either an upgrade or an uninstall/re-install. I've tried every option I can find to clean the save. Used a program to remove instances, specifically removed SSL instances, waited 31 days in the qasmoke room, stopped threads... it always fixes the error, but results in save game crashes. Worrying that it isn't safe to leave in my save game, but I guess I'll just have to continue until I find something new to try to fix it. Thanks.

A lot of reports (myself included) of fixing these issues by installing PapyrusUtil version 2.2 over top. http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/484-papyrusutil/ has all previous versions there (I think Nexus only has current version) Hope that helps

But I'll try different combinations of cleaned saves and 2.2 and see if I can get something errorless.
