Can't get screenshot in CK

Screenshots in game work fine.

 

I can't get it to work in the CK tho. I've enabled it in the editor config by changing the 0 to 1. [altho I noticed it was under Display instead of General like the Skyrim INI].  I've tried the PrintScreen and F12 keys.

 

I don't get any messages and there are no SS in the Steam\Userdata\.....\Screenshot folder.  That's about all the info I could find.

 

So, what am I missing?

You must the Screenshot open with paint (past from clipboard and save as...)

Just trying to clarify this.

Are you saying when I am in the CK, pressing the PrtScr key will store the image on the clipboard and then I can paste from the clipboard into Paint?

 

Is that how the screenshot process for the CK is supposed to work?

I have not found any other way to do it. Steam doesn't seem to take screenshots of the CK, possibly because of the multiple windows the CK uses.

Yep, that's how it's done. It's exactly the same if you want to take a screenshot of a website, or your desktop, or anything like that.

Thank you all so much. I just tested it. Works as described.

I knew there had to be a way. I kept seeing images in tutorials, etc. I did 3 or 4 searches on google but couldn't turn any thing up.
