Corynthius Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 So I love all these devious devices, wear and tear mods and generally immersive mods that draw the line between staying at level 3 / having endless sex and actually playing the game with Sexlab. After using devious devices and realizing that I could indefinitely wear chastity devices and basically be just dandy sans maybe a little absent minded groping, one idea that came to mind was having a disincentive for having too high an arousal threshold. There's that forgiving -5% desire effect but why not more? It'd be a simple mod (for a modder at least. I've tried and came out a little dumber) to simply add a few effects to having a high arousal state for too long. Things like Vasoconstriction (for the boys out there, blue balls) could make for a good effect, as well as social obstacles. What do you guys think? I've been pondering it a while. Maybe I'll bust the books out and try something but I turned down programming years ago for a good reason. Papyrus scares me. Heh.
uman2631 Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 I'm the opposite ... I'd rather get bonuses for high arousal. It's like being on adrenaline, and so one is faster, more bloodthirsty, etc. Anyway, there's already a utility (sexlabutil) that will do some of what you are looking for, I think.

It sounds like it might be what your looking for. Now as for me I personally think there should be both positives and negatives with the negatives out weighting the positives at high arousal and vice versa at low arousal.
