Khajiit and Argonian Texture missing

I'm having an odd problem with some argonians and khajiit.  If they're wearing clothes they sometimes (but not always) have skin instead of fur or scales.  It only happens when the NPCs are wearing clothes and doesn't always happen, see the difference between "missing fur 1" and "missing fur 3".  1 was taken before I stopped playing Skyrim for the night, 3 was taken the next day (she looked like that when she was alive, but I didn't manage to get screen shot of her then).

 

I'll put up my papyrus log and load order soon, but for now, has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas?

Either some mod fucks up the skin texture sets of your argonian/khajits (don't think this is it because of picture 3), fucks around with the races for the outfits armor addons, or gives outfits a texture set.

I don't know how to get my papyrus log.  I changed the .ini file like it says here, but I don't know how to actually get at the log.  I am using Mod Organizer so that might be it.  Any help in getting to the papyrus log would be appreciated.

 

In the mean time I'll try disabling some clothing mods.
