Problems registering on Nexus

Hi,

 I signed up for an account on Nexus about 12 hours. ago.  I got the msg that said your account needs to be verified etc, etc. should be there within 10 minutes (but probably sooner.)

I have received no email.  Anyone have a similar experience?
