Best way to switch body types

So I have been using the latest CBBE body type for the longest now but some mods that catch my eye uses sevenbase or UNPB. I would like try those out but I'm really worried about my save file being corrupted by incompatible armor sets.

 

Of course I have a lot of back up saved files and game file which are marked and dated, so I'm entirely unprepared

 

My question, how do you switch from one body type to another knowing you have a bunch of mods solely dependent on a single body type? 

 

Also, some people suggest body slider, but I don't have the time, patience or experience to really venture into semi-modding.

Switching body types never gave me any problems, it just made the incompatible armor clip through the body.

Just keep a back-up of the install and previous save.

Few things are safer than changing body tipes mid play, you'll be perfectly fine.
