To be honest when it comes to beauty and mods. i fail so bad. Can anyone tell me what would i need to get my character to look like this?

I believe that character is "Lillian" by Joshen from the Arrow and Knee Mod Team.

She is a customer follower (my favorite in fact) and can be downloaded from here:

As far as getting your character to look like her, I'm sorry I can't help. No skills yet.

But you may get One of the talented people here to convert her from a custom follower to a playable

preset. I wish you luck, because I to would love to have her as my PC.
