As The Title Says Folks Can I Enable And Successfully Create A Bash Patch With Sexlab Mods Enabled And Intergrate Them In To The Bash Patch

Or Do I Create A Bash Patch With Them Disabled As With LoverwithPK For Oblivion

NOT recommended to bash any part of the SexLab based mods, matter of fact, they won't even show up as mergable in WryeSmash.

You absolutely cannot and should not merge the SexLab.esm, many of the scripts rely on SexLab.esm specifically being active in the load order to pull resources from it on the fly.

 

You would likely be able to get away with merging various minor 3rd party SexLab mods, but still not really recommended, unless you know the mods being merged inside you you can not know for certain if it will break or not.
