So what is the best bondage mod that has sex animations involving the bondage equipment and the guest.

There are not any dedicated bondage + sex mods, sadly. You can get lots of random bondage action with a few mods though.

 

First is Captured Dreams - a shop that sells Devious Devices. You obviously will need Devious Devices and such mods as well! The shop is run by a dominant who will give you either delivery or recovery jobs, and while doing those jobs you have to wear some of her bondage gear. If you fail your job or take too long, you get punished (tied up and whipped), and usually put into more gear.

 

While you are wearing Devious Devices, other mods that initiate sex are forced to work around the devices, and if you register Zaz animations, Devious Devices even uses bound animations which make it more immersive. Specifically, Deviously Helpless has enemies take advantage of you specifically because you are wearing devices, subduing you without combat if you lose your weapon, say (and you can lose it if your plugs vibrate or you are wearing arm cuffs!).

 

Sanguine's Debauchery involves being made into a slave and you are kept bound and cuffed. If you misbehave, your master will whip you (often tying you to a post or other bondage device) and gradually you are put into more bondage gear. The author (SkyrimLL) is adding more integration with Devious Devices as well, so things are likely to get better.
