Merilirem Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 Personally i use my adult mods to cover the more unfriendly aspects or mature workings of life in a medieval kind of world. Its fine brushing it under the rug so children don't have to get it, but as an adult i much rather enjoy the experience of journeying through a land of darker delights and visible horrors. though the mods mostly lack a "serious" element to them in terms of depths of emotion and ramifications of action, they do allow a taste of that less amicable reality, with the right settings of course. So while i do not make any attempt to hide my own perversion and tastes, i do wonder if my fellow players are enjoying their modding experience in more than a physical manner of speaking (lol). So please, what do you use your adult mods for, why, and what do you feel they lack, or could have done differently.

Be it bandit , bear or skeevers. Anyways medieval times were full or rape's and vanilla Skyrim already looks like a candy world.

Swiftstep Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 Possible answers on the question what people do to with adult / sexual content in a game:- the obvious: it's just a game, nothings real, everything is just entertainment- the philosophical: what is real in your mind will or may become real in your life- the practical: I use it to have fun anyway I probably will never have in RL- the rational: it just makes the game become more- the tinkerer: I deeply enjoy mending the barriers of "what is" to "what I want"- the rebell: screw you, Beth! Screw your repressed and archaic view on the world! Geralt the witcher is sowing his seed in every desirable body there is!- the overlord: all bend to me and my will! alpalia Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 fap fap fap... lol, seriously, i use adult mods for make the game more "realistic"...what better after a hard week of pain to kick dragon ass and draugr, to back home take time with your wife (thats what my dovahkiin probably say) and thats the "realistic" version of any game in my opinion ( at least that add more real things inside)

I even made a mod that allows you to equip armor normally without it showing up on your character. Like that, my character can always wear the skimpiest of outfits and use normal items at the same time (I HATE it when nude mods don't allow you to equip your character normally). Perhaps I'm stuck in puberty, but who gives a shit, right?

I probably fall into the unfulfillable desire category, having too many illegal and morally damming interests can get old fast. Seriously, there are no mods for what i really want, but enough to get me by.

E_Nigma Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I'm a big fan of adult alternative mods like Sexlab solutions (which is excellent) I like to have a bit more immersion in my world as far as adult content mods and I love when a quest can incorporate sex and other adult themes into it without making it a boring rape dungeon or a do x get fucked etc kind of experience . Also sexy armor is sexy so I don't need a reason for it.

nutluck Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 A combination of immersion, lets face it prostitution is called the older profession for a reason. So mods that add whores or the ability to whore to me fits, same with rape mods. I mean that is something that happens in RL and would happen more in a lawless place where might makes right like Skyrim is. Then the other reason is mods like defeat and submit often make things a bit more challenging than just back to last save after death. Same reason I plan to use Death alternative and Arachnophobia expanded in my next play thru. Ending up with gear stolen, imprisoned etc is at least to me more challenging than going back to the last save and trying again. I do test a lot more mods on here than I actually end up using though. So some of the adult mods i end up trying I do just to help the mod author test their mods.

Ashkandii Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 people tell, make you skyrim experience more realistic with Mods like Requiem, Hunterborn, frostfall, RND but they lack one aspect, your in a Fantasy medieval land...what happens in medieval lands? rape, prostitution, sex, slaves and other things so how would i make it more realistic?incorporate these elements in your game and your alot more closer to realism then that one mod that adds immersive ingredients or whatever thats pretty much why i have adult mods installed.
