Neisas/Sora Follower from Morika

I downloaded this follower from Nexus and so far I have not been able to find her. The nessa I downloaded was the follower not the adoptable one. I am level 10 right now and I was wondering if she only showed up when you were level 50 as that is her level.

 

Are you sure it is this follower - Neisas? I can't find it on Nexus.
