Weird hdt issue

So I'm having an odd issue with HDT. It use to work fine, and it still works... just only for armors, it no longer animates the body naked; which really kind of sucks. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but nothing works, I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm using CBBE and I am using the BBP/TBBP body, neither works.

Are You using the proper Skeleton, like the excellent variations of the XP32 Skeleton provided by Groovtama?

Mods have a nasty habit of containing a Skeleton that overwrites the Skelton needed for jiggle. I use BAIN to control Install Order. Mod Organiser I believe also gives Us as Mod User the ability to control when a Mod is Installed. I belive NMM lacks this ability.

Are You using the proper Skeleton, like the excellent variations of the XP32 Skeleton provided by Groovtama?

Yeah I'm using XP32 extended or maximum, whatever it's called. I downloaded an armor mod that had hdt preinstalled or something, threw my whole setup off. I've since deleted it and installed my body mods/hdt but only the armor animates...

I fixed it. Problem wasn't HDT, that was clearly working fine,. The problem was the seductress serana mod, well wasn't a problem I just picked the wrong option. All is well in Skyrim.

I have My HDT Enabled Meshes set to Install after non HDT Mods, but before the Skeleton(s) and SKSE plugins to avoid a Mod accidentally overwriting My HDT enabled character meshes.

Open your body mesh in NifSkope and check if ever BBP / TBBP.

NPC L Breast etc.
